During my recent stay at a charming establishment conveniently located near Dundee, I found it to be a nice and quiet place to recharge. The blend of traditional and modern elements in the décor provided a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious and functional, accommodating both my wife and our dog, which made for a pleasant experience. The hotel's access to the surrounding area offers ample opportunities for exploration, whether one is inclined to enjoy a leisurely walk or engage in more adventurous pursuits. Despite some wear and tear evident around the premises, likely impacted by the challenging times faced by the hospitality industry, the cleanliness of our room was maintained to a satisfactory standard. The staff stood out for their long tradition of providing friendly service. I must commend Sam, who greeted us at check-in and check-out, effortlessly juggling multiple responsibilities while ensuring we felt welcomed. It's an affordable and accessible option when exploring the lovely landscapes around Dundee.
